Key Responsibilities

  • Supervises and suggests changes, requirements, and necessities in projects
  • Arranges and supervises the actual execution of all works in construction and renovation of branches in accordance with estimates, specifications and drawing
  • Responsible for maintenance of branches and supporting their needs
  • Minor renovation for all branches/buildings
  • Records construction data to file server
  • Records and controls details of all uab's M&E works
  • Maintains records of ongoing projects and document
  • Documents reports and submits them to Head of Administration
  • Resolves engineering problems by collecting and analyzing information; analyzes, adapts and modifies engineering techniques;
  • Test check a reasonable quality of work, measured and check by subordinates
  • Closely supervises over subordinates and imparts from time to time instructions and guidance to them in discharge of their duties
  • Negotiates with government officers
  • Closely monitors deployment of ATM machines
  • Plans and undertakes scheduled maintenance
  • Plans and manages budgets
  • Ensures efficient repair schedules and reviews repair cost estimates
  • Deals with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
  • Identifies potential access problems early within the context of the planned maintenance system
  • Accomplishes all work in a timely and professional manner
  • Designs, estimates and prepare approvals
  • Designs, calculates estimates, prepares approval request to CEO
  • Coordinates with procurement team for projects
  • Checks quality control
  • Supervises contractor during contract period
  • Monitors contractor’s quality of work, site condition, cost, long term relationship and others


  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree, preferably B.E (or) B. Tech (Civil)
  • Minimum 10 years’ working experience and minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in related field
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all key stakeholders (both internal and external)
  • Self-motivated and a result- driven approach
  • Strong leadership skill and technical skill
  • Proficient in English language
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (MS office, PowerPoint, Email & Internet)
