Key Responsibility
The Store Manager will be responsible for running the store to exceed the targets. Responsible also for ensuring that CX is at high standards and that staff are well versed with the sales target for the day including deposits, loans, cards and digital.
The Store Manager must have a good track record of leading teams and be able to converse both in English and Myanmar. Whilst experience in financial services is preferred, experience in leading high-performance teams in other sectors may be acceptable.
