Business Analyst (Digital Lending Project)
Position: Business Analyst

A business analyst needs to participate in the planning, system analysis and requirements, integration and testing, training, implementation for a Project. The role holder also needs to report to the project manager and assist the business team for operations and maintenance.

Job Description
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders from business and functional departments and external stakeholders to understand the requirements for a product / process / system. 
  • Prepare the required documentation such as System Specification, Functional Specification and User manual in English. 
  • Coordinate with IT team / third party vendors and business departments efficiently. 
  • Participate in System Integration testing and cooperate with business team for User Acceptance testing if the application system meets business goals. 
  • Support all necessary End-User training and go-live activities in Production. 
  • Post implementation support to ensure the stable running of the new Product or new Platform. 
Job Requirements
  • Requires a Bachelors’ degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field. 
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in financial institution. 
  • Good understanding of the process of banking and Digital channels including Origination processes will be added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skill and presentation skill.
  • Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Independent and able to work with team.
