The Community Engagement Specialist will be an expert in Facebook management, handling comments, posting content, and tracking complaints. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for planning and processing visual displays and merchandising presentations.

Key Responsibility
  • Assist social media platforms and handle customer engagement using data-driven approaches.
  • Allocate monthly content calendar for all uab Bank pages.
  • Ensure timely responses to comments and reviews across all uab Bank’s channels.
  • Support the development of social media strategy and content calendar.
  • Assist in content allocation from inter-departments.
  • Notify related departments about customer complaints for resolution.
  • Actively manage social media digital assets and maintain consistent brand representation.
  • Assist in online and offline events, programs, and campaigns.
  • Assist in communicating internal department.
  • Generate weekly and monthly complaint reports.
Social Media Content
  • Conduct research and gather insights for developing strategic social media content.
  • Draft and proofread social media posts, announcements, and responses to queries.
  • Compile regular Social Engagement reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Update Social Engagement databases with relevant metrics and trends.
  • Perform administrative duties as required by the Marketing and Communications department.
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder.
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media and digital marketing with strong creative and communication skills.
  • Experience with social media management software and supporting paid social media campaigns is a plus.
  • Prior experience in Financial/Banking, Media, or Technology industries is beneficial but not required.
  • Proficient in Myanmar and English with excellent writing skills in both languages.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to work shifts or weekends as needed.
  • Passionate, curious, and eager to use social media for business objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced organization and provide solutions.
