We are seeking a skilled and dynamic External Communication Specialist to enhance our organization’s communication strategies and foster strong relationships with external stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in public relations, content creation, brand management, event coordination, market research, and social media management.
Public Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including media representatives, customers, and partners.
Content Creation: Develop engaging and compelling content for various communication channels, including the website, social media platforms, newsletters, and press releases.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication materials and platforms.
Event Management: Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and other promotional activities to enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation.
Market Research: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform communication strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, monitor online conversations, and respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Reporting and Metrics: Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts using various metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather information, align messaging, and ensure consistent communication internally and externally.
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience in external communication, public relations, or media relations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
