Position: Head of Enterprise Banking

To provide leadership in managing the Bank’s portfolio of medium sized business enterprises. This will include also managing a team of Enterprise Banking Relationship Bankers in acquiring and maintaining a portfolio of medium sized business customers.
Typically, the candidate will have experience in leading either a Corporate Banking, SME or Enterprise Banking team in a bank.
Job Responsibility
- Prepare budget and implement the Enterprise Banking strategy of the Bank
- Manage and supervise sales and customer portfolio in branches and retail outlets
- Guide and supervise the Zone and Branch managers on their Enterprise Banking portfolio
- Lead Enterprise Banking Relationship Bankers in servicing their customers
- Lead the team for product development and its implementation
Job Requirement
- A University degree in any relevant field
- At least 7 years relevant experience in banking & lending activity
- Experience in leading Corporate Banking, SME or Enterprise banking teams
- Understand business banking including Deposits, Loans, Trade Finance and Supply Chain finance
- Strong leadership skills in managing teams
- Good communication skills with presentations to Management and Board
- Strong verbal and written English skills are required
