Designed with the customer’s need in mind, uab mobile provides a simple and seamless experience – from online registration to biometric login to perform banking transactions within a few touches. uabbank customers would now be able to manage their finances and perform their banking transactions anytime and anywhere securely.
Myanmar, 9th May 2019 – uabbankofficially announced the partnership with Mayflower Group’s subsidiary MAT Transportation Solution (Myanmar) Company Limited (MATTS) for its corporate fleet management. This strategic partnership will see MATTS providing up to 170 vehicles to support uab bank’s business and operational needs as well as undertaking preventive maintenance for the fleet.
Myanmar, 30 April 2019 – uab bank today announced changes to the bank’s leave policy in recognition of the contribution of the employees and in commemorating the celebration of Labour Day on 1st May 2019. The enhanced leave benefits for employees would do away with the “wrap” requirements in practice today, where public holidays and weekends preceding and succeeding the leave taken are counted as leave taken.
Myanmar, 22 March 2019 – uab bank reported a record net profit after tax of MMK 5,806.87 million for the six-months transitional financial year ending 30 September 2018. Annualised return on equity rose to 17.7%, a significant jump from the 1.9% for the full year ending 31 March 2018.

“Be The Change Myanmar” by UAB Bank to grant 1,000 wishes this Christmas
Yangon, 19th December 2018 – Be The Change Myanmar (#bethechangemm), an initiative by UAB Bank to bring change to people and community is expanding its #wishesdocometrue program this year and targets to grant the wishes of 1,000 under-privileged children this Christmas. Since its inception in December 2017, Be The Change Myanmar has granted over 400 wishes of under-privileged children.
