Job Location: Times City, The Central and Kandawgyi
We are seeking five Customer Service Executives to join our team. The Customer Service Executives will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. The successful candidates will be flexible to work on-shift assignments and maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. The Customer Service Executives will keep records of customer interactions and transactions, communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional customer support
Job Requirements
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
