Relationship Managers (Deposit Sales) are responsible for the acquisition, sales development and the maintenance of relationships with customers. RMs will be designated targets for deposits products. RMs at the Zone Office also will assist in generating new business for branches within their Zones and will support in the sales efforts of branches.
Personal acquisition, development, and maintenance of relationships with customers
Support branches in the generation of new business
Assist in the organizing of events and campaigns at shopping malls, schools and public places
Submit reports on sales performance, targets and branch performance
Sales RMs must have customer network to complete sales targets within the specific time
Strong command in Chinese is a must.
Possess a recognized degree preferably in the sales industry
Previous relationship management and business development/ sales skills are required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build up rapport quickly with potential customers
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Willing to travel
Proficiency in both spoken and written English
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
