Relationship Manager in Transaction Banking specializes on client relationship management, including client acquisition and extraction of additional value from existing customer at customer-facing role. The role holder acts as the point of contact for all Transaction Banking matters, creating new product, modify existing products in order to meet the customer requirements and contribute to revenue growth.
Source prospects and develop new customer relationships.
Tailored Presentations to the clients and the provision of exceptional after sales service.
Responding and identifying client inquiries both face-to-face and cold calling in a timely and professional manner.
Learning to have sound financial knowledge and Identification of potential new sales opportunities.
Prepare credit write-ups which are complete and adhere to Bank standards.
Managing relationship with the clients and maintain strong and positive business relationships.
Forex support for exporters and importers.
Preparing monthly and weekly reports.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
Bright, motivated, enthusiastic and flexible with an enormous amount of initiative.
Team player with ideas and great spirit.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field.
Strong communication skills: English/Burmese language (Written and spoken).
Knowledge in Credit Analysis is a plus.
Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook).
