Mandalay is an important market for uab bank, and a significant part of our operations is from that region. With 20 uab branches situated in the Mandalay Region, the region has a sizeable number of employees which makes training and development important for the enhancement of the business and in the building of the careers of uabians.
Over weekend of 11th and 12th February 2023, our Trainers travelled to Mandalay to conduct a special Customer Service program over 4 separate sessions for 240 uabians stationed in the Mandalay Region. The participation of the attendees was lively and enthusiastic and one could sense a strong desire to learn – it is not often that they get senior Heads of Departments come over to conduct training.
