Orientation Session Batch 1
On 14th, 15th and 16th October 2021, our Orientation session brought 45 new joiners from uab branches and Head Office Depts together at uab Tower @ Times City.
It has been almost a year since the last Orientation session in 2020 and we are pleased to be able to restart our formal Orientation sessions after a long break caused by 2 waves of the COVID-19 pandemic and political crisis.
Orientation sessions are important to ensure that new joiners are appropriately welcomed into the uabian community and these sessions help to lay a foundation towards a career with the Bank.
We thank the Management Team that has as always enthusiastically contributed to employee engagement and in particular our session facilitators; Christopher Loh (CEO), Kyawt Kay Khaing(Dy CEO), George Koshy, Thandar Htike , Pyae Phyo Kyaw, Nini Lwin, (May Myanmar)Khin Aye Mar, Yin Thwe Htay, Myint Zu Thinn, Nay Myo Oo, May Thanda Hlaing, Htay Kyaw Naing , Zar Lin Kyi, Aye Thida Lwin, U Thi Ha and the Human Resources team for contributing to the enjoyable discussions and fruitful learning sessions.
