2C2P joins uab bank in waiving fees for COVID-19 donations on Sai Sai Pay

Yangon, 7th April 2020 – uab bank, a leading bank in Myanmar in partnership with global payments platform 2C2P announced today that they will be waiving all fees on Sai Sai Pay app in order to support the COVID-19 prevention effort in Myanmar.  

Sai Sai Pay – the First Celebrity App creating a digital lifestyle ecosystem to support the local music & film industry as well as raise funds for COVID-19 efforts – was launched on 4th April 2020 by renowned Myanmar Celebrity Sai Sai Kham Leng in partnership with uab bank.

On 10th April 2020, the popular annual “Sai Sai Birthday Show” will be live-streamed on the Sai Sai Pay app in view of the global COVID-19 pandemic. Sai Sai has chosen to make the broadcast free to his fans and the public during this difficult time and is using his birthday show to raise funds for the fight against COVID-19. Sai Sai’s fans and all app users will be able to donate to support COVID-19 relief efforts and all funds raised from this birthday show will go towards the COVID-19 Relief Fund and related areas.  

“When we learnt that Sai Sai is using his birthday show to raise funds for COVID-19 relief efforts by inviting donations from the public through Sai Sai Pay, we immediately jumped on board to offer our help. As a long-term partner of uab bank, we are happy to be a part of this wonderful cause and will waive all our processing fees for donations towards the COVID-19 relief fund. We hope this will encourage others to donate generously.” said Pyay Nyein, Director of 2C2P.

All processing fees by 2C2P for donations made via MPU and 123 service will be waived effective from 7th April 2020 until the end of the global pandemic in support of Myanmar’s fight against COVID-19. 

The Sai Sai Pay application can be downloaded via both Apple Store and Google Play store.
