A Bank Teller is an important person in the Bank’s “front-line” and most times, the first point of contact for people entering the Bank’s branch. A Bank Teller has a number of responsibilities such as processing deposits or withdrawals and handling other financial transactions at the branch counter.
Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
Explain bank products and services to customers.
Answer customer questions and resolve issues.
Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, and maintain customer information.
Call customers to inquire about their satisfaction with the bank’s service and help.
Assist with other tasks as assigned by the branch manager.
Graduated from any university or passed basic education high school
Age under 25 years
Basic computer skills
Good communication skills
Willing to work at the bank long-term
