Flagship Store Operations Manager
Key Responsibility
The Operations Manager ensures that the store operates efficiently, and the operating standards are adhered to. Responsible for the maintenance of customer service standards together with human resource handling, financial reporting, technology and cash balancing.
The Operations Manager must have a good track record of handling banking operations and be able to converse both in English and Myanmar.

The Times City Flagship Store seeks to redefine the banking experience for our customers and set the benchmark in branch experience. Spanning over 7,000 square feet, the Times City Flagship Store incorporates an Italian casual dining experience with technology innovation and a lush lounge for our VIP customers. The Flagship store will play a key role in the Bank’s brand strategy and provides a platform for us to adopt new technology innovation.
