As a Key Account Manager at uab bank, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our key accounts. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand our services and product offerings within these accounts, providing exceptional client servicing, and acquiring new customers. Building strong relationships, collaborating with internal teams, meeting sales targets, and maintaining accurate sales records will be integral parts of your role.

Responsibilities
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand the bank’s services and product offerings within key accounts, driving revenue growth and increasing profitability.
  • Client Servicing: Promptly and professionally address inquiries, requests, and concerns from key accounts, ensuring effective resolution of any issues by coordinating with internal departments.
  • Finding New Customers: Actively seek out potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels, with the goal of expanding our customer base and bringing in new business.
  • Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service, addressing their banking needs, and proactively looking for opportunities to deepen relationships and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product specialists, credit officers, and operations, to deliver tailored banking solutions that meet the unique needs of key accounts.
  • Meeting Sales Targets: Aim to meet or exceed the sales targets set by the organization by implementing effective sales strategies and leveraging your relationship-building skills.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities. Prepare regular reports on account performance, pipeline, and progress towards sales targets, providing valuable insights to enhance sales performance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Good command in English or other languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean or Thai)
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the banking or financial services, Telecom, Real Estate, Power & Energy, Agricultural, and Transport & Logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with key accounts and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and market dynamics.
